We get as involved as you want us to. After the initial design of your website, you will be given administrative access to your site, should you want it. This will allow you to make changes to your site and learn how to maintain it.
If you get good enough at web design and SEO, we won’t be offended if you don’t need us any more, so you can transfer away at the end of your initial 1 Year agreement if you want, or stay with us. It’s up to you.

Can I edit my own website?
Yes. We give you administrative access to your website and you are permitted to make unlimited changes to your own site without further cost.
What happens after the 1st year?
After the initial year of your agreement, you have several options. You may renew your agreement, continue with just our hosting services, or transfer your domain to a new hosting company. A one-off transfer fee of £19 applies if you transfer your domain away from us. We will contact you within 1 month of the end of your agreement to clarify your options.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting your site for a year is included in the package price. We will renew the agreement annually, giving you plenty of notice.
How do I promote my site?

What happens if I don’t like my site?
We are confident that we can build you a site that you will be happy with. We will present an initial draft to you, after which we will work together to modify your site. Reasonable amendments are included within the cost of your package.
How much support do we give?
After we have set up your site, you may want to make changes to it, or you may wish us to make changes for you. If you wish to edit your own site, just let us know and we will send you instructions on how to add images and create and edit pages. We offer email support which usually gets an instant reply. Telephone support is also available.
